Hi. My name is Jaclyn Sollars. I was born, raised and married in Ohio, but now live with my family in Northern California.
I have been a professional photographer since 2003, when at the age of 25 I opened a portrait studio in Lima, Ohio. I discovered that I have a sincere passion for capturing the essence of people through portraiture. Through the years I’ve also fallen in love with film photography and the alchemical process of creating images with light and chemistry.
My fine art and portrait work has been used for book covers, feature film promotions and advertizing around the world. I am represented by Getty Images and Arcangel Images.
I am currently working on a novel.
